14'X20' Finished Office Building

Great 14x20 office with 280sq feet of space.

This office / storage building is in perfect condition and is stick built just like a house with 16 inch centers. It's maybe 2 or 3 years old, shingle roof, fully wired for electric and internet and is well insulated.

It's fully finished on the inside with white wainscoting on the walls and smooth white paneling on the ceiling. I used batting strips to cover all of the paneling seams(walls & ceiling). It has wood laminate floor and it's fully wired with it's own breaker box and 6 electrical outlets.

It also has a skylight, two(2) outside lights, outside insulated electrical outlet and a deadbolt lock on the door.

The building was used as my home office only and has never had mowers or tools in it. I used a window unit combo to cool & heat and it worked great.

This would make a perfect study, office, playroom, beauty salon, etc and can be moved locally for about $250 to $400. (I have details on the person that moves it)

There is a very small hardly noticeable crack in one of the corner panels and one of the windows has a small crack but is not broken and the window still raises fine and keeps out air and weather.

I have a total of about $10,000 in the building. You can't even buy a cheaper unfinished building this nice at Lowe's or Home Depot.
